Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Server to elevate the dining experience through exceptional service, leadership, and team collaboration. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee daily service operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure every guest receives memorable, high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Lead the serving team by providing clear guidance, motivation, and support to ensure smooth and efficient service during each shift
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist in training new team members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, proactively addressing concerns to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, stations, and side stations
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize flow during busy periods
- Uphold all safety standards and health regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings and specialty drinks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity
- Prior experience training or mentoring team members is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
