- Support portfolio performance, credit quality, and risk awareness
- Participate in local marketing and regional growth initiatives
- Collaborate with senior lenders while maintaining autonomy over your book
Requirements:
- Proven sales and business development experience within the Ag industry (required)
- Existing Ag relationships and comfort managing a territory
- Mid-level experience in lending, credit, or financial services preferred
- Strong drive, competitive mindset, and accountability for results
- Ability to balance sales growth with sound portfolio management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
