We are looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Job Specification:
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Must know how to Cook steak to proper temperatures and plate dishes correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- 2 year cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Certified in safe food handling.
- Able to keep a level head and work in a team-based environment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and assist with prep or other tasks as needed.
