Overview

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete foundation crews on job sites.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Oversee layout, forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundations.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in concrete foundation construction.
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial foundation systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
