Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO)
On-Site SPRAVATO® Program | Training Provided – New Providers Welcome
Clarity 360 OH is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) to join our on-site SPRAVATO® treatment program at a skilled nursing facility located in Akron, Ohio 44319.
This is an on-site opportunity for a dependable provider interested in working with geriatric and long-term-care residents in a structured clinical setting. Applicants do not need to live in the exact city or ZIP code, as long as they can reliably commute to the facility for scheduled shifts.
Training is provided, and new or early-career providers are welcome to apply. Prior experience with behavioral health, psychiatry, skilled nursing, geriatrics, or SPRAVATO® treatment is not required.
Nurse Practitioners do not need to be Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and other appropriately licensed Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must already have all of the following:
- Active and unrestricted Ohio NP, MD, or DO license
- Active Medicare enrollment in good standing
- Active Ohio Medicaid enrollment in good standing
- Active and unrestricted DEA registration
- Current prescriptive authority, as applicable
Applicants who do not currently meet these requirements cannot be considered.
Schedule
- Minimum of 4 hours per day
- Hours may increase based on program and facility need
- Up to 40 hours per week may be available
- Daytime schedule
- No overnight shifts
- Flexible scheduling may be available depending on facility needs
Position Responsibilities
- Administer SPRAVATO® treatment according to program protocols
- Take and document vital signs before treatment
- Monitor the resident during the required two-hour observation period after treatment
- Take and document vital signs after treatment
- Observe and document how the resident tolerated the treatment
- Document whether the treatment session was completed without issue or whether any concerns occurred
- Communicate any changes, concerns, side effects, or unusual findings to the appropriate clinical team
- Follow all required facility, clinical, documentation, and SPRAVATO® program requirements
- Complete all required training and certifications
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Comfortable working with geriatric and long-term-care residents
- Able to complete credentialing, background checks, and facility onboarding
- Psychiatric certification is welcome but is not required for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
