The HT Group has a workforce development client in Austin, TX looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Program Support Specialist who is committed to supporting workforce programs through compliance monitoring, customer engagement, documentation management, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Review compliance reports to ensure adherence to program requirements and guidelines
- Monitor customer participation and communication activities while maintaining accurate case documentation
- Coordinate and track required customer participation hours and file supporting documentation
- Participate in customer hearings and submit required documentation to appropriate parties
- Identify opportunities to improve workforce services and support program effectiveness
- Provide operational support to workforce center staff and technical assistance to customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and develop effective solutions
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, management, and community stakeholders
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record
