The Endourology Fellowship is dedicated to educating, training, and mentoring fellows in advanced endourologic procedures and minimally invasive surgical techniques, preparing them to integrate seamlessly into academic or high-volume clinical urology practices, while improving the care and outcomes for every patient now and in the future.
Program Goals:
The goals of the Endourology Fellowship are to provide comprehensive clinical, operative, and research training that enables the fellow to:

Develop expertise in the full spectrum of endourologic procedures, including stone disease, endoscopic surgery, and minimally invasive interventions.

Function independently and confidently in complex operative and patient care settings.

Participate actively in multidisciplinary care teams, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.

Engage in research, quality improvement, and educational initiatives to advance the field of endourology and contribute to scholarly activity.
