Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and drywall work to keep properties in top condition
- other tasks as, hang tvs, curtains, fix windows, door handles, irrigation, wood work etc
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants or management, diagnosing issues efficiently and executing solutions effectively
- Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs before they escalate into larger problems
- Install, assemble, or modify fixtures and equipment as required for property upgrades or renovations
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed to ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized services are needed beyond your scope of work
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes to create a secure environment for occupants
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set across multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics to accurately execute tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for travel between sites if necessary

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
