We support electric-vehicle programs, commercial fleets, dealerships, and private customers. Our operators are expected to provide safe, damage-free service while maintaining a professional appearance and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Previous professional rollback/flatbed towing experience is mandatory
- Prior EV towing experience is MANDOTORY
- Proven experience loading, securing, transporting, and unloading electric vehicles is required
- Knowledge of proper EV towing procedures, tow modes, lifting points, soft straps, axle straps, endless loops, and damage-prevention practices
- Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is mandatory
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned equipment
- Valid DOT medical card required
- Strong knowledge of vehicle securement, weight limits, and safe towing procedures
- Ability to use GPS, dispatch applications, Towbook, and smartphone-based communication
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to dispatched calls
- Must be reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate and inspect a rollback tow truck
- Load, secure, transport, and unload passenger vehicles, SUVs, light-duty trucks, and electric vehicles
- Follow OEM manufacturer, fleet-account, and company service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
- Maintain accurate dispatch updates, photographs, condition reports, mileage, and service documentation
- Protect customer vehicles from damage throughout the towing process
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, dealerships, fleet representatives, and law enforcement
- Maintain a clean truck, organized equipment, and professional appearance
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a career towing professional and not someone who is learning the industry for the first time. The ideal candidate has strong rollback experience, understands EV and regular service expectations, and is already comfortable handling Tesla, Rivian, Lucid and other electric vehicles.
Professionalism, safety, reliability, and damage-free towing are non-negotiable.
