About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and certified BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in our team to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
Salary: $95 - $125 HOURLY
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior analysis programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
Design and implement behavior intervention plans to address problem behaviors
Provide on-going supervision and training to junior clinicians
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover of skills across settings
Conduct data collection and analysis to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and progress
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
