Responsible for coordinating all incoming communication in an outpatient psychiatric facility. Duties include operating a multi-line telecommunication system, greeting and directing consumers and visitors to appropriate personnel. Responsible for providing both administrative and clinical support which include scheduling client appointments, and obtaining authorization for services, printing/distributing routine service reports, and general clerical support services such as filing, faxing and copying. Requires handling of confidential records. Must be highly organized with multi-tasking skills, and capable of managing requests from multiple staff in a high traffic/noise area.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. General computer knowledge required. Requires Texas driver's license and automobile insurance with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to manage priorities, time and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with multiple clinicians using tact, diplomacy, and discipline. Attention to details and meet deadlines, strong telephone skills, listening, professionalism, customer focused, reporting skills, organization, analyzing information, problem solving, scheduling, time management and team player.
