Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist. This role involves performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Monday-Friday
3:00pm -11:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Floor Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and polish floors; ensure all surfaces are free from debris and stains.
2. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize restrooms; replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
3. Garbage Disposal: Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables; maintain cleanliness in garbage disposal areas.
4. Carpet Care: Shampoo carpets and perform deep cleaning; vacuum carpets regularly.
5. General Maintenance: Conduct general maintenance tasks; report issues or needed repairs to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Stamina to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
