Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to our high standards of service
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and maintain a menu that delights our guests and reflects our brand
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated
Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and learning
Qualifications:
3 to 5+ years of restaurant or venue management experience
Experience in high-volume, event-driven, or outdoor dining environments strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
Work Environment
Fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment
Indoor and outdoor operations with exposure to varying weather conditions
Requires standing, walking, and active engagement throughout the shift
Includes late nights, weekends, and event-based scheduling
