```Duties```
As a Real Estate Agent, you may be potentially responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, exchanging, and/or leasing properties of all kinds. You will be expected to exercise appropriate skill, care, and diligence in all real estate transactions. To do so may require the agent to:
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients
- Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately for sale or rent
- Market and advertise properties through various channels
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
-Accounting for all funds necessary for Escrow (for sales)
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale or lease
- Providing guidance and knowledgeable explanations as well as simple advice to clients on real estate transactions
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field (a real estate license)
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Strong organization and administrative skills to handle the programs and documentation related to real estate transactions
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, other agents, and industry professionals
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
