Description
The Leasing Professional is responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Provides a high level of customer service and should possess expert knowledge of the property, its competitors and its market.
Requirements
- Outreach marketing to local businesses
- Networking events
- Preferred Employer relationship building & follow-up
- Schedule social media posts through SOCi and monitor engagement
- Non-responsive lead follow-up to try & capture tour Resident engagement
- Plan & execute monthly resident events
- Assist with package management Walk-in inquiries & pre-tour preparation
- Walk-in inquiry handling (excl. tours)
- Unit preparation for touring Tours
- Agent-led tours
- Open houses
- Virtual tours Tour notes
- Tour notes update & quote generation in EliseAI Move-In
- Key pickup & provisioning management
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must have minimum 1 year in A Class or Lease Up experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Able to work weekends
- Both English and Spanish Speaking
