Fitted Laundry Outfitters is a growing custom apparel and team store company specializing in embroidery, heat press decoration, and branded merchandise for schools, sports teams, businesses, and organizations throughout New England. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team and help bring our customers’ apparel to life.
Position Overview
This is a part time Production Associate position supporting our embroidery and apparel decoration department. No prior embroidery or heat press experience is required. We will train the right candidate who is motivated, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare garments for production, including hooping, loading, trimming, folding, and sorting
- Operate embroidery and heat press equipment after training
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package and organize customer orders for pickup or shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Schedule
- 3 to 4 days per week
- 18 to 24 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours are 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Has reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience
