Turf Masters Sod Farms is seeking a dependable, motivated Office/Yard Staff member to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines office responsibilities with outdoor yard duties. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computers, enjoys working with customers, and is willing to operate equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry using QuickBooks.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Process orders, invoices, and other office paperwork.
- Operate a bobcat/skid steer to load sod and materials for customers.
- Assist customers in the yard and ensure orders are loaded accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized office and yard.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Perform other office and yard duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating a bobcat/skid steer is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.

What We're Looking For

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
