Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, speech therapists, social workers, and caregivers to coordinate care plans.
- Educate clients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices to support ongoing progress.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote a positive therapeutic environment that encourages motivation, engagement, and confidence among clients.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques across various populations.
