Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards and company protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and addressing any concerns professionally
- Follow established housekeeping management procedures to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- MUST be available weekends
Experience
- Experienced in hotel housekeeper with a proven ability to work independently in a fast paced, enviorment
- Demonstrates excellent awarenness of timing, pace and room productivity while maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols related to cleaning products and equipment
- Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting daily room quotas and hotel quality expectations
