We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Member to join our Smoothie King team. Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing smoothies and other menu items according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe store, and helping create a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
- Operate the POS/register system accurately.
- Follow proper cash-handling procedures.
- Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks associated with restaurant operations.
Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available. Must have availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
