Nova Leap Home Health looking for dedicated caregivers to join our already awesome team! We have a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals needing personal care support at their homes in Tulsa and surrounding towns. Our mission is to provide excellent personalized care, promote independence, and enhance quality of life for clients in their homes, whether that's a personal home or in a senior community. We assist with daily activities, fostering comfort, safety, cognitive stimulation and general well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transfer/mobility support
- Assist with Independent Living Skills (ILs) such as light housekeeping, laundry, organization, meal preparation, medication reminders, and short errands
- Provide social stimulation with cognitive and motor-stimulant activities
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status, noting behavioral changes to inform care plans
- Document daily care activities accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare team/office regarding patient progress or concerns
Requirements
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, hospice care is advantageous
- Understand and follow HIPAA compliance
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in caregiving duties
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes in condition
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages and abilities
- Flexibility to work part-time or PRN schedules that fit your availability
- Reliable personal transportation to and from scheduled work, a valid Driver's License, and active automobile insurance *must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
