Patient Care (Scheduling) Coordinator - Full Time - Paducah and Mayfield, KY

Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly organized Patient Care (Scheduling) Coordinator to join our team. As the first friendly face and voice our patients encounter, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the very first phone call through every step of their orthodontic journey.
In this role, you'll:
- Welcome and assist patients
- Coordinate patient schedules
- Manage treatment contracts and assist with coordinating patient care.
- Answer incoming calls, texts and emails
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records while remaining HIPPA compliant
- Help keep our practice running smoothly while supporting a positive, team-oriented culture
- Be part of marketing efforts to help grow our practice
