Lead Commercial Construction Projects That Make a Difference
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Middle Georgia.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. You'll serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring every project meets our expectations for quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from project mobilization through final completion.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Lead weekly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project schedules or budgets.
- Coordinate inspections with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper sequencing of work activities.
- Maintain detailed daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates using Procore or similar construction management software.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
- Manage punch lists, final inspections, commissioning activities, and project closeout.
- Foster positive working relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing complex project schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project documents.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and field coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers and office staff.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
