Senior NetSuite Administrator

Full-Time | $115,000–$125,000 + 15% Bonus
About the Role
We’re looking for a senior-level NetSuite Administrator to lead and evolve our ERP environment as we scale. Must have hands-on NetSuite administration experience (not general IT or DevOps). Excellent communication skills.
This is a high-visibility role working directly with Finance and Operations, with the opportunity to shape system strategy during a period of growth and acquisition. If you enjoy owning systems, solving real business problems, and making a direct impact, this role offers both autonomy and influence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, configurations)
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x)
- Build saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support business operations
- Support and enhance integrations with third-party systems (EDI, WMS, SaaS tools)
- Partner with Finance and Operations to improve processes and system efficiency
- Drive system enhancements, data integrity, and overall performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience in a production environment
- Strong SuiteScript development experience
- Experience supporting integrations and cross-functional workflows
- Solid understanding of finance, inventory, or operational processes
- Comfortable working independently and partnering with leadership
- Experience serving as the primary or lead NetSuite administrator supporting multiple business functions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and support user adoption/training.
- Experience supporting NetSuite in a distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or operationally complex environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization, leading discussions, gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues with end users, documenting processes, conducting training, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Nice to Have
- RF-Smart or warehouse/WMS experience
- Experience with ERP implementations or acquisitions
- IPaaS tools (Celigo or similar)

Work Environment

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional after-hours support during upgrades
