Post Rehab is adding a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to its rehab team in Cheshire. This role focuses on helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function through practical, goal-driven therapy.
Role Overview:

Perform evaluations and identify functional deficits

Deliver targeted therapy sessions based on individual goals

Document visits and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:

Licensed SLP

Interest in adult and geriatric populations

Experience in a nursing facility setting is a plus
