Students can organize courses, manage assignments and deadlines with a calendar, set academic goals, study using built-in learning tools, and stay on track throughout the semester.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Student Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help grow our user base during the Fall 2026 academic year. This role is for someone passionate about education, marketing, community engagement, and startup environments.
The primary objective of this position is to help UpToStudy reach 500 active users within the first six months through strategic student outreach, campus partnerships, and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Campus Outreach
- Build relationships with student organizations, clubs, and academic groups at UNLV.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with student leaders and campus communities.
- Represent UpToStudy at student events, club meetings, and networking opportunities.
Social Media Marketing
- Create engaging content for: Instagram (Goal 500 followers in 6 months), TikTok, Reddit or Discord
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Increase brand awareness and student engagement through consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Community Building
- Recruit student ambassadors and early adopters.
- Engage with students in online communities and forums.
- Collect user feedback to improve marketing strategies and product adoption.
- Help establish a strong student community around the platform.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Interest in education, technology, or startups.
- Currently enrolled student or recent graduate of UNLV preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with student organizations or campus leadership.
- Experience in marketing, outreach, or community management.
- Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva.
- Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
First 30 Days
- Learn about the UpToStudy platform, product features, and company mission.
- Present initial strategies for achieving the goal of 500 users within the first six months.
- Develop a content calendar for the semester.
- Identify and research student organizations, clubs, and campus partners at UNLV.
- Begin outreach efforts and establish relationships with student leaders and organizations.
