Mortgage by Q is a fast-scaling mortgage brand under West Capital Lending. We generate 500+ leads per month and close HELOC, refinance, DSCR investor, and conventional loans across California, Texas, Florida, and beyond. We move fast, work hard, and take care of our clients at a high level.
We are hiring a sharp, reliable Loan Officer Assistant to keep our pipeline moving, our borrowers informed, and our loan officers focused on production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow up with borrowers from application through closing
- Collect and organize borrower documents (income, assets, ID, disclosures)
- Build clean, submission-ready files with zero gaps
- Run AUS findings and support pre-qual workflows (DU/LP)
- Manage CRM updates, task pipelines, and daily communications
- Coordinate with processors, title, escrow, and clients
- Deliver a professional borrower experience on every single file

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- 1+ year of mortgage experience (LOA, processing, or ops support)
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files at a fast pace
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Self-managed and disciplined working remote
Strong Bonus:
- Encompass or similar LOS experience
- DU/LP experience
- Non-QM or investor product knowledge
- Bilingual English/Spanish/Other
Not a Fit If:
- You need constant hand-holding or supervision
- You struggle with fast-moving pipelines and competing deadlines
- You prefer slow, low-volume environments
