Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA/ABA Clinical Director to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your leadership will ensure that our programs adhere to the highest standards of applied behavior analysis (ABA), promote patient-centered care, and comply with all relevant regulations such as HIPAA. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, including behavior analysts, therapists, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Oversee the assessment process, including intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and patient records review to determine individualized treatment needs
- Develop, review, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing patient progress monitoring
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to behavioral health services, including HIPAA regulations and medical documentation protocols
- Conduct regular staff training on behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, medical terminology, and patient care best practices
- Manage medical records, documentation, and reports accurately to support quality assurance and regulatory audits
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educational teams, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans
Qualifications
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential with current certification status
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising clinical teams and providing staff training in behavioral health settings
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient care

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
