We are expanding our footprint in Volusia and are seeking experienced Residential HVAC Sales Consultants ready to take their careers to the next level. At Del-Air, you aren't cold-calling; you are supported by a high-volume pipeline of leads from our field technicians, allowing you to focus on educating clients and closing profitable sales in a consultative environment.
Compensation
● On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $300,000+ per year.
● Expected Base Earnings: $70,000 – $75,000 per year (This is the expected minimum for standard performance without incentives).
● Pay Frequency: Weekly paychecks.
● Incentives: Robust commission structure including a quarterly bonus plan and referral incentives.

Responsibilities
● Serve as a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant by selling the company's products and services within your designated regional territory.
● Educate existing clients on Del-Air products and services in a manner that ensures competitive and profitable results.
● Work directly with consumers in their homes to provide tailored home comfort solutions.
● Manage a consistent sales pipeline using company-furnished technology products to track progress and closing success.
● Collaborate with the field team to facilitate warm hand-offs for system replacements and upgrades.
Qualifications
● Experience: 2+ years of consultative sales experience with proven closing success in HVAC sales (5+ years preferred).
● Skills: Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills with an understanding of the psychology of sales.
● License: Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
● Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
