Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to establish and lead our warehouse operations in the U.S. This role will be responsible for setting up a new warehouse, developing operational processes, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience launching warehouse operations and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and launch of a new warehouse facility, including layout planning, equipment selection, and operational readiness.
- Develop warehouse processes, SOPs, and inventory control procedures.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate domestic transportation, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement and optimize WMS and ERP processes.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and HQ teams to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
- Proven experience setting up or launching a new warehouse facility is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
- Experience working with Korean or global manufacturing companies.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
- Experience supporting warehouse expansion or greenfield projects.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
