Looking for an experienced Dental Assistant!
Smithson Valley Family Dentistry is a beautiful general dentistry practice in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area. We are searching for a dental assistant who is comfortable discussing treatment and performing dental procedures. The ideal candidate is gentle, thorough, great with all ages, and loves to stay busy. We have a work-hard/play-hard environment—you can expect a full day and also a lot of laughter.
Start Date: July 22, 2026
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience
- Current Texas RDA license & CPR certification
- Coronal Polishing and Sealant Certifications
- Ability to take high-quality radiographs
- Experience with digital scanners
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Open Dental experience a plus
Schedule & Pay:
- Our team works on a unique rotating schedule!
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed (7:00am–6:00pm)
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri (7:00am–6:00pm)
- This position also requires working every other Friday 8am-5pm (non-patient day)
- Pay depends on experience
