We're hiring a junior Content Writer & Social Media Coordinator to work directly with our CEO. You'll spend real time learning the ad industry from the inside, then turn that context into content across social, event promo, speaker highlights, newsletter, and blog. You learn, you write, you ship
Duties
- Sit in on strategy, programming, and partner conversations, then translate them into content
- Write and schedule social copy across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
- Draft event promo for our summits in NY, London, Singapore, and Dubai
- Create speaker and session content: teasers, recaps, pull quotes
- Contribute to the newsletter, blog, and website
- Build a point of view on the industry over time
Requirements
- A knack for writing. Not "I got A's in English." A knack. You hear the rhythm of a sentence and you know when it's off.
- Style and a sense of humor on the page. Our audience reads a lot of boring copy. Yours shouldn't be.
- Real fluency in how social media actually works. You know why some posts travel and others die.
- Coachable. You want feedback and you act on it.
- Organized across multiple events, calendars, and threads.
- Genuine curiosity about advertising, media, and AI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 0 to 2 years experience, internships count.
Nice to have
- Canva, basic design, or short-form video
- Newsletter platforms (Hubspot, Substack, Mailchimp)
- Any exposure to ad tech, media, or B2B events
Pay: $27.08 - $32.61 per hour
