What Is Secure Wrap?
Secure Wrap provides baggage protection and luggage wrapping services to departing airline passengers.
Using specialized baggage wrapping machines, we apply a protective film around luggage to help protect bags from tampering, theft, accidental opening, damage and excessive wear during travel.
Secure Wrap has operated baggage protection services in airports for decades and serves travelers in airports throughout the United States and internationally.
What You'll Do
As a Baggage Wrapping Sales Representative, you will be responsible for both selling our service and operating our baggage wrapping equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively approach and engage departing airline passengers
- Promote and sell Secure Wrap baggage protection services
- Explain the service and its benefits in a friendly and professional manner
- Close sales and earn commission based on your performance
- Operate baggage wrapping machines safely and efficiently
- Lift, position and handle passenger luggage during the wrapping process
- Weigh baggage and assist passengers when needed
- Process customer payments
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area
- Provide friendly customer service and general assistance to airport passengers
- Work independently during slower periods and as part of a team during busy periods
- Follow all Secure Wrap, airport, safety and security procedures

Bilingual and multilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Being able to communicate with international travelers is a major advantage in this position.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, baggage handling, machine operation, airport services or other customer-facing positions is preferred.
However, we are willing to train motivated candidates with the right personality and work ethic.
Physical Requirements
This is an active and physically demanding position.
Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours
- Frequently lift, handle and reposition passenger baggage
- Lift and handle bags weighing 70+ pounds
- Bend, reach, push and pull throughout the workday
- Perform repetitive physical activity during busy travel periods
- Safely operate baggage wrapping equipment
- Remain active and on their feet throughout the majority of the shift

Compensation
Starting Pay: $19.75 per hour
PLUS SALES COMMISSION
This position provides employees with the opportunity to earn additional income based on individual sales performance.

Schedule
Boston Logan International Airport operates seven days a week.
We are hiring for multiple schedules, including:
- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Holidays
Schedules are based on airport passenger and flight activity.
Weekend availability is strongly preferred and may be required.
Airport Employment Requirements
All employees must be able to qualify for and maintain the credentials required to work at Boston Logan International Airport.
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing applicable:
- Airport background checks
- Security screening
- Identification and badging requirements
- Airport-required training

Education & Experience
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous airport, hospitality, retail or baggage handling experience
Airport experience is helpful but not required.
