We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property maintenance team and ensure the seamless operation of our residential communities. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule repairs, inspections, and upgrades aligned with property standards.
- Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, contracts, and legal documentation related to property upkeep.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses related to facilities management and recommending cost-effective solutions.
