Shift Leader Description
Shift Leaders are the leadership members of the team, responsible for running great shifts.
Starting wage up to $15/hour, based on availability & experience.
Shift Leaders support the General Manager in:
- Leading & running great shifts while following Taco Bell standards
- Interacting with our customers & Team Members in a professional & positive manner
- Taking responsibility to solve problems
- Training & supervising Team Members
- Making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties
- Ensuring the restaurant is a safe place to eat & work
