We are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to provide individual, couples, and family counseling services through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support clients experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting concerns, and life transitions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when appropriate
- Participate in consultation and supervision as needed
Qualifications: Hold an EMDR Certification and fully licensed in the state of CT.

50% to 70% of collected billable revenue based on monthly caseload volume

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
