We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Caregiver to provide quality in-home care for a client in Alexandria, VA.
Position Details:
- Location: Alexandria, VA
- Schedule: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Prepare light meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Accompany client on walks or appointments, if needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and care team
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus but not required
