We are looking for ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Health Insurance Sales Agents. No insurance license required - we will support you in obtaining your license. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be willing and able to work 10-12 hour days and be available on weekends. This role offers significant earning potential of $60,000-$150,000 per year based on performance.
Responsibilities
Present and sell health insurance plans to individuals and families
Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service
Conduct needs assessments to identify the best coverage solutions for each client
Follow up with prospects and leads in a timely and professional manner
Accurately complete applications and maintain organized client records
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance benchmarks
Stay informed on available health insurance products, plans, and industry updates
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (some college education a plus)
Health insurance license not required - must be willing to obtain licensure upon hire
Prior experience in customer service or customer relations strongly preferred; direct sales experience a bonus but not required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, polished demeanor
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule including 10-12 hour shifts and weekend availability
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
This is a commission only based position, there is no base bay.
