Lead Business Development & Sales Drive revenue by managing both new and existing customer relationships.
Guide Clients Through the Design Process Ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Estimate & Negotiate Develop accurate project estimates that align with company profit margins.
Oversee Project Pipelines Manage backlog, in-progress, and completed projects while ensuring quality and profitability.
Foster Long-Term Customer Relationships Conduct follow-ups at 30-day, 6-month, and one-year intervals.
Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with managers, subcontractors, and team members to align project execution with business goals.
Monitor Project Success Perform weekly site visits to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Proven Sales & Leadership Experience A bachelors degree plus 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and expertise.
Industry Knowledge A background in landscape architecture, design, or the green industry is a plus.
Tech Savvy Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Microsoft Office 365, and CRM/estimating platforms (Aspire ERP is a plus).
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills The ability to guide clients, manage expectations, and collaborate with teams.
