BDC Representative (Business Development Center)$700/Week Base Pay (Cash) + Weekly Bonuses

We’re a fast-growing automotive group with two dealerships looking for motivated BDC Representatives to help generate new business and keep our sales team busy with qualified appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new customer leads every day.
- Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups.
- Set and confirm appointments for our sales team.
- Build relationships with potential customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly lead generation and appointment-show quotas.
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the office every single day.
Pay
- $700 per week base pay (paid weekly)
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through bonuses and advancement.

Experience
BDC, customer service, call center, collections, retail sales, or automotive experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person. Personality, work ethic, and attitude matter more than experience.
