Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. We are looking for people open to providing early mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnights. We are looking to hire multiple part-time staff.
Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities in a home care setting
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary
- Support individuals with care needs
- Assist with long-term care tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
- Lift and transfer individuals safely as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in home care or related field is preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is beneficial
- Familiarity with long-term care practices
- Ability to handle heavy lifting responsibilities
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
