Overview
Join CSM Aviation's dispatch team coordinating flights from wheels up to wheels down. You'll support crews and clients, solve problems in real time, and play a central role in daily flight operations across our charter and managed aircraft fleet.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience in hospitality, concierge, or aviation environments preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven experience in aviation or flight operations with a focus on scheduling software proficiency
- Experience in working flexible, rotating or on-call shifts
- Open to supporting operations on occasion overnight, on weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate aircraft availability and operational readiness
- Arrange transportation, catering, lodging, permits, and related trip services
- Maintain situational awareness of active flights, including progress, weather, and operational changes.
- Assist with delays, changes, and operational disruptions
- Serve as a central communication point for crews, clients, and internal teams
- Provide professional service while maintaining safety and compliance priorities.
- Review upcoming flights for compliance or operational risks and coordinate resolutions.
- Monitor flight and duty limits and resolve potential conflicts prior to departure
- Ensure flights comply with FAA Part 135/91 regulations and company policies.
- Ensure clear and thorough transition between shifts
- Support schedule changes and last-minute trip adjustments
- Support improvements to dispatch procedures and workflows.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
