The Compensation $26–$32/hr | Overtime at 1.5x | Seasonal bonuses | 401(k) with 4% match | Health insurance | Boot reimbursement | $500 referral bonus
The Work
You'll lead a crew of 1–3 installing residential and commercial hardscape projects — pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and more. You'll manage materials, equipment, daily production, and communicate directly with Project Managers and clients.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of hardscape or related field experience → Proven crew leadership on active job sites → Proficient with excavators, skid steers, tampers, and hand tools → Ability to read plans and blueprints → Strong communicator with a safety-first mindset → Valid Driver's License + MNDOT Medical Card required prior to hire
Schedule Monday–Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Friday meetings as scheduled | Overtime available
