The Associate Project Implementation Manager will provide project support at the execution level for the intended client. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Support the Production and Project Management teams by assisting with status tracking, meeting preparation, and participating in internal and external meetings and calls as appropriate

Learn and follow internal agency processes and standards to support accurate and timely work deliverables, escalating questions or issues to Production or Project Management as needed

Assist with store schematics, component spreadsheets, store audits, and asset archiving by gathering information and updating documentation under direction

Help Production and Project Management teams by pulling, organizing, and updating image assets, and supporting the creation and maintenance of presentation decks

Support the art routing process by verifying that required files and documentation are organized and complete prior to sending materials to Premedia or vendors

Assist with client and vendor file and asset requests, including mechanical file coordination and release tracking, under supervision

Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and process improvement efforts by supporting documentation updates and testing new workflows

Support overall project success by keeping organized notes, communicating clearly with team members, meeting assigned deadlines, and following established processes

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; willingness to continue developing proficiency
