Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Position 1: Front Desk/Housekeeping Associate
Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
-
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries

Make and manage reservations
-
Process payments and maintain accurate records
-
Provide excellent customer service and local recommendations
-
Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks
-
Help ensure guests have an enjoyable stay
Position 2: Grounds Maintenance Team Member
Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property
-
Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
-
Assist with landscaping, mowing, and site upkeep
-
Address guest maintenance requests promptly
-
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Requirements
Position 1: Front Desk/Housekeeping Associate

Must pass background check

Friendly, professional attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Position 2: Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Must pass background check

Must have valid driver license
-
Basic maintenance, repair, or landscaping experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
