Description
SAIC is seeking an experienced Section Manager in support of leading a team within our customer's Office of Security. This individual is expected to operate in a diverse security environment. The position will be required to perform at a Senior level.
This position will be responsible for the following:

Lead team members, oversee daily operations and ensure company and customer standards for performance and productivity are met.

Responsible for mentoring staff, resolving operational issues, and enforcing policies.

Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands-on-support.

Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.

Approve timecards and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Ability to obtain a Polygraph.

9+ years of overall related experience.

Proven experience in leadership roles.

Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent project planning and organizational abilities.

Effective communication skills.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
