We are currently in need of a full-time RBT who is available during the week Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Work in client's homes or in the community (preschools, daycares, etc.)
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plan developed by BCBA supervisor
- Help clients with skill building (communication, self-help skills, socialization, etc.)
- Manage challenging behaviors (aggression, tantrums, etc.)
- Collect data on goals and target behaviors
- Travel to clients' homes (must have reliable transportation)

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to assume a variety of physical postures, such as sitting on the ground, bending over, etc.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Must be physically present at session (not a remote position)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
