We are seeking reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our landscape maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in most aspects of property maintenance, including mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, gutter cleaning, planting, and general upkeep of client properties.
This position supports daily property maintenance operations and works alongside a Crew Leader and crew members to ensure high-quality service for our clients.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are looking to grow within the company.
Duties
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, blowing, edging, pruning, and general clean-up
- Complete tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
- Operate various lawn and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal services such as spring and fall cleanups
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow directions from the Crew Leader and work collaboratively with team members
- Provide professional and courteous service at all job sites
- Ensure all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies are consistently followed
Experience
- Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow direction and safety procedures
- Proficient in the safe operation of landscape maintenance tools and equipment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
