Professional Retail Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to join our team and provide maintenance services for our retail and restaurant clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ceiling tile replacements
- Execute painting, patching, and spackling tasks
- Install VCT tiles
- Repair and adjust door hinges and locks
- Conduct light electrical work
- Perform light plumbing tasks
- General facility maintenance and upkeep
- Basic construction skills are a plus, though this is not a construction-focused position
Location:
Jobs are primarily located in the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn, with occasional assignments between Montauk and Manhattan.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar fields
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid ID to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
