American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position specializing in cardiothoracic surgery patients, requiring a VA or compact RN license and Level 1 hospital experience.

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Epic EMR required

Active VA or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

Level 1 hospital experience required

Prior PCU or cardiothoracic surgery experience strongly preferred

Epic EMR proficiency required

Graduated from an accredited nursing school (ACEN or CCNE accreditation); diploma, Associates, or BSN accepted

BSN preferred

2 professional references at supervisor level or above required for consideration

Candidates must not have been employed by VCU Health within the previous 6 months
